This sounds like something from a job interview...

For today's blog, I want you to tell about a time when you had a conflict to resolve. What were the circumstances? Who was involved? Why and how did the conflict escalate or begin in the first place? What was at stake for you?

Then I want you to discuss how you resolved the conflict? What steps did you take to fix the problem? Were you satisfied with the outcome? What about the opposition?

And finally, what did you learn as a result of having the conflict?

"The harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly; it is dearness only that gives everything its value. I love the man that can smile in trouble, that can gather strength from distress and grow brave by reflection. 'Tis the business of little minds to shrink; but he whose heart is firm, and whose conscience approves his conduct, will pursue his principles unto death."

-Thomas Paine
